Abstract [eng] The theoretical persons with disabilities in the labor market and employment of people with disabilities mediation analysis showed that persons with disabilities participating in the labor market continues to face various problems which should be tackled by providing people brokering services. Mediation includes counseling, vocational guidance, vocational training, employment, occupational adaptation. The socioeducational analysis revealed, that mediation not only helps the disabled people to get employed, but also adapt to the working environment. Semi- structured interview method was used for the analysis with the aim to highlight the Disability Business Development Centers (hereinafter - DBDC) consultants skill for finding employment for people with disabilities. DBDC was set up in 2006 Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda, Siauliai, Panevezys and Alytus. These centers, in addition to other services are providing help in finding employment for disabled people. Empirical research results are summarized in using the content method of analysis. The study included six disabled business development centers consultants, aged from 26 to 41 years. In the empirical research part we are analyzing DBDC consultant’s skills for finding employment for people with disabilities. The main empirical findings of the research: The employment of disabled workers and the joy of the consultants, who help to achieve it, are considered as the most positive aspects of the socioeducational process of NVPC mediation. The most difficult problems regarding the mediation, which is provided by the NVPC consultants, are the negative attitude of the employers to the disabled workers and government attention for people with disabilities. In research participated consultant’s opinion, broker necessary characteristics is patience, ability to communicate, comprehension, complaisance, perseverance, determination, sincerity, confidence in its competence.
