| Abstract [eng] |
Demand for products on the modern market is described by optimal ratio between product quality and price. The product must satisfy requirements for safety, precision and reliability, which are defined in the standards and formulated by customers. Proper quality of the product must be ensured with the lowest possible cost. The main customer requirements for the product are named in the article. Analysis of quality cost, defining quality ensuring cost and failure cost is made in the article. Analysis of quality seeking at the enterprise is made. Tests of bicycle brakes and experimental investigation are made to determine the reasons of non-quality product. Analysis of experimental researches is carried out and recommendations for quality improvement are formulated. |
