Studies quality assessment and studies quality assurance for many reasons are one of the most important problems in higher education nowadays. It is because the institution is responsible for the quality assurance. This paper seeks to establish the basic dimensions on which to construct a system of indicators for evaluating higher education quality, within the framework offered by the European Space for Higher Education. The paper also describes the multidimensional studies quality conceptions. The aim of this empirical research is to verify the study process analysis instrument and to define the completed research on opinion of alumni of master degree study programmes. The research was performed in June, 2008, the research participants were 127 students. A questionnaire was designed on the basis of five studies quality dimensions, which allow identifying the most problematic fields from the perspective of alumni. |
