Based on the data of the research, (attended by 1013 people of Lithuania), the article aims to disclose the perception of oneself as the professional in one’s field in the aspects of age, service record and educatedness. It discloses how the perception of oneself as the professional in one’s field pertains to employable age persons’ participation in qualification improvement (frequency, satisfaction with course lecturers) and their endeavour to learn in the future. |
