Abstract [eng] When making decisions on ensuring the quality of education it is important to realize that management of quality of pre-school education is one of the fields of activities of pedagogues of a pre-school education institution. Problems of quality of pre-school education should be collectively tackled with in daily activities of a modern institution implementing a pre-school education program. Elements that ensure quality of pre-school education – aims and objectives of (self)education, its contents, methods, means, organization of process of (self)education, assessment and correction of process of education comprise the whole that should be regarded as a constantly changing and renewable system, the elements of which are closely related and influence each other. It is difficult to single out essential moments in this system. Every step of an educator is very important when pursuing emotional, psychological, intellectual maturity of educatees and their successful start of learning at a comprehensive school.
