| Abstract [eng] |
The article presents the research that discloses possibilities of the disabled to participate in labour relations. People who are of 23–30 years of age were found to be the most active in job search activities. When describing their suitability and potential possibilities to work, the biggest part of the researched indicated the need of additional preparation. The strongest internal motive to participate in work relations is understanding of the work activity as significant individual activity. The least motivating factors are understanding of responsibility and accountability of the disabled for the work done. While evaluating the attitude of the disabled towards the employment possibilities, it was discovered, that problems arise due to insufficient quantity of professions to choose from; education accessibility, problems related to psychological features of the disabled. |
