Abstract [eng] Government influence in universities is indirect and often it is exercised within public institutions. Such offices are normally raises the minimum requirements for universities or for a minimum of funds, that they guarantee their work. These minimum requirements standards are applied in order to reflect the mission of the University of selected major parties. Often, the mission objectives are expressed in three main faculties of the University of operational criteria: education, training and practice. Available funds management or distribution issues are very relevant. Moreover, it would be useful to apply the salary increase policy, when it is sufficiently clear and understandable to all workers Faculty University. It should be properly set out the criteria, which are quite clearly show the values adopted by the faculty. Funds earmarked for the Faculty to properly allocate teachers, while raising their salaries and for effective action. As was stated previously, this is (1) appropriately to exclude certain types of assessment criteria taking into account the COLA and teacher merit, and (2) effectively divide the funds given to the Faculty in three separate parts (education, science, practice), which is usually expressed in each of the higher the school mission. Play a big role in those who must have very objectively and in a rate relative activities of the faculty: education, training and practice. These values must show the individual aspiration values. These values important to the fact that its objective is to show teachers in the Faculty of performance evaluation. Evaluation criteria are discussion items, and they must be well understood. This means that teachers must constantly analyse their activities and their contribution over the years, as well as they have a very logical system, which may provide an indication of their increase in wages frame.
