This paper analyzes and evaluates Lithuanian industry export competitiveness in order to provide the industry’s export policy recommendations. Analysis of international trade theories identifies determinants of export competitiveness. On the basis of revealed factors constant market share analysis (CMSA) method is selected for empirical study of Lithuanian industry export competitiveness. Given the research results can be stated, that Lithuanian industry export competitiveness was increasing in the period analyzed, but it is recommended to change the industry’s export policy by reorienting industry to production of medium and high technological intensity. |
