In this artical are analysed reasons of orign of problem groups on the labour market: youth, women, eldery people, long-term unemployed people. There are reviewed theories of segmentation, clasical labour market theory, keyenesistic theory and their posibilities to explane the reasons of problem groups. Different approaches of segmentation theory are researched, they are grouped into hosrisontal and vertical segmentation. Dual labour market is analysed, segregating them in primary and secondary labour market. Especially is emphasized approach of alternative roles. In the viewpoint of vertical segregation there intern and extern labour markets. Here is emphasized row model. |
