Abstract [eng] Object of analysis for this paper is types of employment forms and their legal regulation. Types of employment were studied on the basis of types of employment defined by the Law of Employment. Despite the fact, that the Law of Employment encompasses a thorough lists of types of employment each and every one of them is regulated by separate act of law. By analyzing them it is possible to highlight the differences and similarities of separate types, to analyze regulation of legal relations as well as to discuss main issues regarding types of employment. Employment - activities carried out by individuals, which can be both paid and unpaid. The aspiration of employed person may be both economic benefits and development of professional skills. It is noted, that the employment is maintained despite the holidays or temporary incapacity for work until the employment itself is terminated. On the grounds of types of employment different relations can be made for example legal employment relationship, legal relationship based on civil service, volunteering. It is important that an activity of a person does not violate the law as it would cause damages for the future of his own as well as the state.
