Abstract [eng] In this work the problem is examined that to use current software quality standards and models with internet banking systems, which control most of the existing money in the world, it is necessary to adapt them and to select important characteristics and measures. Therefore, it is necessary to create a quality model that defines internet banking system quality and provides methods for measuring and evaluating it. While solving this problem existing literature was analysed, including standards, software quality models and research involving internet banking systems, their use and quality characteristics. Based on the literature a list was made of the most important internet banking system quality characteristics. They were given priorities, methods were defined to measure them and evaluate the measurement results. To validate the proposed model a survey was conducted, the results showed that user opinions did not significantly differ from the priorities of the characteristics in the proposed model. The main significant difference was data quality that was the third in importance according to the survey, while analysed literature dedicated significantly less attention to it.
