Abstract [eng] Research shows that disability limits individuals' physical and social functions and affects their autonomy and activity. Providing assistance to people with disabilities highlights the need for sociocultural services, which increase their activity and involvement. In order to develop an effective social assistance system, a more scientific analysis of the leisure needs of people with disabilities, highlighting social assistance opportunities, is needed in terms of successful inclusion in society. The master's work analyses the development of social services as a precondition for social inclusion in the organisation of leisure for people with disabilities. In order to substantiate the investigation, the following issues were raised: What are the benefits of social assistance in organizing leisure services for people with disabilities? What organisational challenges for us and participation challenges for people with disabilities are met? The objective of the study was the analysis of scientific literature, a semi-structured oral survey, analysis of the content, method of analysis. The results of the empirical study revealed the attitudes of social workers to the leisure needs of people with disabilities, working experience, mainly related to enabling changes. The experiences of people with disabilities in the study allowed to reveal factors of social inclusion, the influence of participation on meeting their needs and personality formation, the challenges and the need for help.
