Master's thesis in theoretical part of the international migration within the meaning of the theoretical concepts discussed in the essence of the analyzed migratory species and theoretical reasons, the main theory explaining the processes of migration, international migration examined the impact on the socio-economic indicators. The analytical part of this master thesis assessed the extent of international migration and socio-economic indicators of changes in Lithuania, the Lithuania international migration and unemployment indicators, unemployment rate, long-term unemployment, the number of employed, the employment rate, labor force, labor force participation rates, wage, GDP statistics relationship between economic growth and recession. Constructive part of the migration process is discussed future prospects for the migration process is regulated. The research results showed that the hypothesis of the scientific research has been confirmed only in part: gradually declining emigration flows and increasing immigration flows had a positive but also a negative impact on socio-economic indicators. |
