Abstract [eng] |
The aim of this paper is to give an overview of few different classical mortality laws (Kannisto, Perks, Siler) and using Poisson, Gamma and Discrete-Uniform distributions derive new mortality laws, in which frailty is described as a random variable of chosen distributions. Also to apply these models to Swiss, Lithuanian and Ukrainian populations mortality data, and compare, which model represents which population's mortality curves most accurately. |
