This thesis analyses the methods of solving Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) problems with COMSOL Multiphysics software. The mathematical theory of Navier-Stokes equations and three main diseases of the blood vessels such as atherosclerosis, thrombosis and aneurysm are described. Then three main diseases of the blood vessels are analysed to research the blood flow velocity. The calculated result of the blood flow velocity in each model is compared with the blood flow velocity examined by ultrasound. The results of two main CFD models such as Newtonian and Carreau are compared either. |
